How To Send Invites for Mobile App
Review how to email mobile app invites to staff
When you are ready for your caregiver to begin using the app, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to their staff profile
- Click Edit Profile
- On the first page, Staff Details, make sure the email/username entered is the correct email the caregiver will be using (double check for spellings errors, correct domain, etc.) **This cannot be changed once the caregiver accepts the mobile app invite.
- Once you confirm the email/username is correct, select Login Details from the left-hand menu.
- There are three sections within the Login Details page.
Email: This field cannot be edited. This is the caregiver's primary email address.
Login Status: Ensure this is set to Pending or Allowed
IVR ID: This field cannot be edited. This is the ID the caregiver will enter to identify themselves if they use telephony. - Once you've reviewed the information on this page, click Invite to send the caregiver an email prompting them to set up their log-in credentials.
