Why Can't I Create an Authorization? 

This article outlines key areas within your site to review when troubleshooting issues that prevent an authorization from being created.

In order to enter an authorization, a few areas need to completed prior.  If you are having issues entering an authorization review the following areas within your tenant. 

Payor

  • Verify the payor is associated with the office, this is located in the Admin Dashboard until Offices

Verify Services in the Payor Profile

  • Verify services have been entered in the Payor Profile
  • If the services are entered, verify the entered information such as effective date, if the service date is not active or capture the date range needed you will not have the ability to use that service
