To Dos
In this article you will learn how to enter and track To-Dos in staff and client profiles.
To Dos:
To Dos in eCaring are used to task any action items you would like to track in a profile.
Step 1: Access Profile
- Access the profile you would like to add a To Do task into
Step 2: Select Notes & To Do
- Navigate to the Notes & To Do menu
- Select on To Dos
In this area you will find any past To Dos entered by your agency, you also have the option to filter by dates, category and status to easily search for past notes
Step 3: Add To Do
- Select Add To Do at the top right hand side of your Notes Dashboard
- Completed all required areas and select Submit
- Regarding section allows you to type in the name of another profile in your tenant, this To Do will then populate in that profile as well
- Priority allows you to select the level of urgency
- Item will populate an action needed
- Category will allow you to select an area to assign the to do to for tracking and filtering
- Start date- date action item begins
- Due Date- date item should be completed
- Notes is the area you can add relevant details or notes
Once you select submit you will have access to your To Do on the Dashboard
