eCaring Release 2510+

🚀 New Features & Enhancements

Enhancements to "Authorization" Report in the eCaring Reporting Module
•    On the Authorizations Report, you can now define MULTIPLE filters BEFORE running a report. Previously, you were only able to filter by End Date. This allows you to build targeted reports to get JUST the data you're looking for.
•    New Filter Type: "Active" - you can now filter for all "Active" (or Inactive) authorizations, this allows you to report on Authorizations that are current in your system whether they have an end date or not.
•    We plan to bring this type of interface to other reporting pages in future releases.

Enhancements to the Verification Page
•    In our last release we included a number of new fields in the "Optional" section to help you make better decisions about whether or not a visit should be "verified".
•    Since that release we've made a number of additional enhancements:
o    The new columns all support filtering.
o    eCaring will now remember your custom columns and any changes you've made to how the columns are arranged between user sessions.
    To "Reset" the page to its default arrangement and columns, just click the "Reset Columns" button at the top right.
•    We've also improved the behavior when using the "Save & Verify" option on Shift Details, the Verification page will keep any custom sorting you've added and we've improved the performance of this feature.

EVV Enhancements
•    We've introduced a new feature to Bulk Send Backdated visits to your EVV aggregator. This allows you to send visits that are part of the EVV mandate in the event that your payer or service wasn't configured for EVV.
o    To have this done, please contact our support team and open a case and we will assist you with this.

Performance Improvements
We know your time is valuable and no one wants to wait on a page to load. We've enabled a number of changes that will improve the performance in the parts of eCaring you use the most.
•    Scheduling Related pages:

o    Client and Staff Schedule - Including the Calendar, Grid and Recurring Views
o    Creating and Updating Visits and Recurring Schedules
o    Editing the Assigned Staff members
o    Checks for Authorization compliance and conflicts.
•    We've also improved the load time on the "Activities" page.
