Release Notes: June 5, 2025

Enhanced EDI Billing Validation - If you're billing with EDI, we now check for a primary physician and an NPI when the payor setting requires it.

Improved EVV Monitor Sorting - EVV is now sorted by visit date (descending) instead of ID for better usability.

Task List Announcement - When clocking into a visit via telephony, caregivers will hear a list of tasks required to complete for that visit.
Custom IVR ID Assignment - Office administrators are now able to assign a custom IVR ID number for staff.
Simplified IVR Authentication - The IVR PIN has been removed for all staff using telephony. Only the IVR ID is required now.

System Notifications Framework - System notifications are now supported. You'll noticed that the "Bell" now shows a count of unread notifications, Clicking on the bell takes you to a new notification dashboard. You should expect to see existing notifications here and in the near future we'll begin adding new notifications to the system to alert your staff.

EVV Checkbox Saving - We addressed an issue when updating Authorization information related to EVV was not updating properly.

Split Shift Functionality - We have resolved an issue with the "Split Shift" feature that was preventing shifts from being split into two separate shifts
Weekly Billing Period Logic - We've addressed a bug that would cause the billing batch period to default to several weeks ago as opposed to the most recent completed period.
Client Discharge Logic - We've addressed a bug that did not count a Cancelled visit with a reason = Payable and/or Billable as business activity when attempting to discharge a client. This would result in the visit being removed from the Schedule and Verification.
Sick/Vacation PTO Configuration - If Staff Sick or Vacation cancellation reasons have been configured as billable within Payable and Billable reasons field, and users select not to pay, the visit will now pass to Verification so users can process visit(s) for billing.

Greater than 24-hour visits - We've addressed a bug that would prevent payroll differentials from being applied for the entirety of a visit once a visit duration reached 24 hours in duration.
Start Time Greater than End Time - We also addressed a bug that allowed users to create a payroll differential where the start time occurs AFTER the end time, which would result in calculation errors.

Visit Verification Rules - Visits that are "Complete" but have a duration too short to generate any billable units (for example if a caregiver clocks in and then out a few minutes apart) will now trigger a warning if verified. If you choose "Proceed Anyway" the visit will display on the invoice but with no billable amount, previously it was left off entirely. If you edit the visit, you can either correct the times using the Date/Time Adjustment and update the activity record OR, set the visit to "Non-Billable" so it's excluded from billing entirely.

Permission Controls - We've addressed a bug related to permissions for Client Notes and Staff Activities. The system will now respect the configuration of those permissions for each role.
Time Off Scheduling - We've addressed a bug where Sick or Vacation Time entered through the Availability feature may extended beyond the selected date range under certain conditions.

IVR Task Reporting - Tasks recorded from telephony (IVR) are now available on the Activity Reports.
Report Language Correction - Corrected language on Dates & Docs to read "In Progress" instead of "In Process".

Fraud Exclusions Access - We've hidden the download links for Fraud Exclusion reports that Pre-date the release of the feature to store historical versions.
