Massachusetts EVV Payers and Service Codes
This information is to help you configure and validate your payers and services for Massachusetts EVV. It's based on the 1.9.2 Spec released in July 2026. It includes the Payer Name (for reference) as well as valid EVV Payer ID, EVV Program ID, and Procedure Codes with Modifiers.
Due to the size of the table in Massachusetts, we recommend that you download the file and save it locally. The table is configured to support sorting and filtering to make it easy to find your payer and service.
