How to Update your Office Details

This article reviews how to update your office details once your tenant is created.

Step 1: Sign-In
  • Sign in to your eCaring Dashboard by visiting app.ecaring.com
Step 2: Access Admin Menu
  • Navigate to and click “Admin” in your toolbar
Step 3: Locate Office Menu
  • Scroll down until you see “office” in the menu on the left-hand side of your screen
  • Select “Office”
Step 4: Edit your Office Details
  • Click on the blue pencil icon next to your office name. A pop-up window will appear
  • Fill in and complete as much information as possible in the pop-up window. At minimum, we ask for:
    • Legal Name
    • DBA
    • Short Name
    • Acronym
    • Admin Email
    • EIN
    • NPI
    • Address
Once you’ve completed these steps, select Save
