How to Create and Track Staff Utilization and Desired Hours

This article will assist you in entering desired hours and  tracking staff utilization. 

Step 1:  Enter Staff Desired Hours by selecting on the staff profile and Edit Profile

Select Job Details

Step 2: In the Desired Hours box, enter the total hours per week the staff member would prefer to work.

Once the hours are entered you can easily track staff utilization by viewing the staff Dashboard or Calendar

Dashboard:

On the Staff Schedule, select on the blue bar to view staff utilization
