Creating a Support Ticket
If you have questions or need additional support, please reach out to us using the Contact Support Option
Step 1: Sign-In
- Sign in to your eCaring Dashboard by visiting app.ecaring.com
Step 2: Access Knowledge Base
- Navigate to Knowledge Base by selecting on the blue question mark icon at the top right side of your screen
- You will then be redirected to the Knowledge Base Home Page. Select Contact Support
- The Contact Support box will populate
Step 3: Create a Support Ticket

- Complete all fields with as much information as possible, such as names, dates, the steps taken, etc., and screenshots if possible. By providing detailed information we will be able to assist you in a timely matter with reduces follow-up questions saving you time.
- Submit Ticket
