Access the Authorization:
- Navigate to the section where existing authorizations are listed.

- Choose the specific authorization to which you want to add the ICD-10 codes. Select the edit icon to the far right

- Select Update

4. Add ICD-10 Codes:

- Enter the relevant ICD-10 codes as required for the authorization.
- Update the effective rate: keep in mind this will need to be updated to a date past original entry

- Review the information entered

- Changing the effective date to a future date should not affect the current schedule of services associated with the authorization. A new authorization will be generated with the updated effective date.

- If you encounter a message stating, "This authorization has business activity after July 31, 2025," ensure that you are selecting an appropriate effective date that aligns with your intended updates.
