Step 1: Getting Started with eCaring Academy

This is the first step of your implementation journey.  Review this article and resources before your Kickoff Meeting with your Implementation Consultant. 

Academy 

Purpose

eCaring’s Academy is strategically designed to support your tenant setup and training. Our team has put together tools and resources that will assist you in getting started and ensure your eCaring training is successful!  During your time in eCaring Academy, you will learn how to use and implement eCaring at your agency through a series of independent tasks and webinars. 

eCaring Academy is designed to support your implementation with step-by-step tasks, webinars and Knowledge Base articles to assist in completing the tasks in accordance with our best practices. In addition to supporting your implementation, all resources can also be used to train new office staff to become knowledgeable eCaring users.

The implementation program is designed to be completed in order; each task has corresponding Knowledge Base articles to complete each task. Our training articles prioritize adherence to best practices and provide a step-by-step guide to ensure your tenant site functions as intended.

Who Should Review this Information?

This information applies to all administrators and office staff responsible for system setup and onboarding.

Steps

  1. Schedule your Kickoff Meeting with your Implementation Consultant
  2. Log in to your eCaring site using credentials from your email.
  3. Review the system layout and navigation toolbar.
  4. Familiarize yourself with:
    • Dashboard
    • Toolbar options
    • Key modules (Staff, Clients, Scheduling, Billing)

Best Practices

  • Complete tasks in the order
  • Review all associated KB articles before performing each task.
  • Use this guide for onboarding future staff as well.

Task 1:

  • Log in to your eCaring Site and review materials to become familiar with your site 

  • Go to: https://app.ecaring.com/ login using the credentials created using the emailed link.
