Finding Authorization information for Massachusetts ASAP members
Authorization and payor information can be found in Provider Direct, which is hosted by Wellsky. Under Service Plans, you will be able to find authorization information such as the Provider name, units, Care Program (Payor Program), and the authorization status:
A full report is also available that includes:
- Client ID
- Consumer Name
- Service
- Agency
- Units
- Unit Price
- Care Program (aka Payor Program)
- Service Date
- Provider
This report is obtained by:
- Login to the Wellsky Provider Direct portal
- Clicking “Reports”
- Under the Services column, look for “Care Plans”, then “HPD Consumer Monthly Service Plan Report” under Consumer Service Delivery Report
- Title should read “Service Report” and Shared With should read “Provider”.
- Make sure to choose your organization under “Shared with Organization”
Then you will be able to download the report.
Translation Table
This is specific to Massachusettes, but they use “Care Program” and “Payor Program” interchangeably. The Payor Program according to EVV specification has its own code. The translation between Provider Direct’s Care Program and the required EVV Payor Program are below:
