eCaring Toolbar Options at a Glance
Your eCaring Dashboard is your road map to all your homecare tools provided by eCaring.
Home: This page displays information that you can quickly review about visits, finances, and clients.
Clients: This page displays all clients that your homecare agency provides services for. The top portion of the page allows you to filter through the clients to narrow down the results. You can filter through tags, their status, risk level, and by office.
Staff: This page displays all staff that are working with your agency. The top portion of the page allows you to filter through staff to narrow down the results. You can filter by tag, status, job title, and by office.
Schedule: This page provides important information regarding schedules for all clients and staff. From this page, you also have access to review low margins, open shifts, and more to make scheduling easy and efficient. The shift monitor provides real time updates on staff clock in/out, and when a shift is completed.
Activities: Review client care information regarding tasks, ADLs, Concern Level. Download, print and review activities details as well!
Reports: Analyze visit data in a variety of different ways. You can view reports based on client, or staff, or authorization data. These tables can be configured in numerous ways to provide you with the data you need. Additionally, once you create a report you can save it for future use.
Payors: Manage your payors, services, rates, and quickly access information that you may need. You can access all services specific to the payor by clicking directly on the payor’s name.
Verification: Review, edit, and verify completed shifts to prepare for payroll. Shifts to be reviewed can be viewed by week ending date, the specific client(s) and staff(s), the status of the shift, and the duration.
Payroll: Review and process unpaid verified visits. Payroll is processed by weekending dates, once payroll is processed the record is always accessible through history.
Billing: Process billing and view past billing history.
Referrals: Manage your client referrals here for easy tracking and quick onboarding.
System: Review in-depth system settings, such as payroll settings, services, and scheduling.
Insights: Easily view data about your homecare agency regarding visits, staffing, and finances. These insights can be filtered by office, payor, and start date for specific information you wish to view.
Admin: Manage the detailed settings from this page, from employee document types to payroll premiums, and office management. We encourage you to explore these settings to customize your eCaring experience.
