eCaring Threaded Messages

This article will review the Threaded Messages Display

Threaded messages in eCaring is used to make communication with staff and clients more intuitive and organized.

  • When you click the "Action" or "SMS" button from any messaging screen, you'll see the complete conversation history displayed chronologically, with office messages aligned right (blue) and client/caregiver messages aligned left (white).
  • The system automatically highlights unread messages and scrolls to the most recent unread message for quick review. You can view the full context of each exchange, including sender information, message content, and delivery status. This enhancement streamlines communication workflows and ensures important messages don't get overlooked in busy conversation threads.

 

Messages for clients and staff have been moved from the "Notes & To Dos" to the primary menu next to Activities for quicker access to historical messages between the office and the individual
