Updates and Enhancements to the eCaring Platform
Reporting & Analytics
• Activities Page Enhancements Fix on Client and Staff Profiles
Improved handling of large result sets when viewing "Activities" on client and staff profiles.
• Activities Search Enhancements
Added inactive search, payor filtering, and navigation improvements to the "Activities" page in eCaring. This will make it substantially easier when you need to bulk export Activity records for audits or billing purposes.
• Billing Preview Decimal Fix
Fixed rounding issue in billing preview on the grid exports.
• Staff Rates Report Updates
Improved column ordering and labeling.
• Notes Report Enhancements
Improved filtering and category handling.

Corrected billing and pay calculations in reporting.This will allow your Gross Margin % to be accurately calculated on Scheduled visits.

Payroll
To improve the flexibility of payroll, we are now allowing to run payroll by "Staff Type" (Contractor/Employee) additionally, while all staff Members will be selected by Default, you can uncheck staff members you wish to exclude from a payroll run. This will allow you more flexibility when running payroll off cycle or, if you have verified visits that you are not yet ready to pay.

• Authorization Management through Client Status Changes
To preserve past authorization utilization, when a client is made in-active, eCaring will no longer end it's existing authorization manually. The authorization will stay active so if services are restored, existing utilization will be factored into the remaining authorized services.
• SMS Shift Cancellation Notifications
We've implemented the ability to include Cancellation SMS messages to Staff as part of the Cancel Visit workflow.

• EVV Retry Logic
When eCaring detects an issue with successfully connecting to the EVV aggregator's end point, eCaring will automatically retry the submission until it's able to successfully receive a confirmation from the aggregator.
